DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Charles Altman, acting on behalf of Jeanne Altman, for permission to proceed as a poor person on appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied, without costs, upon the ground that the motion was made by an individual without legal authority to apply for such relief on behalf of Jeanne Altman.
