DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by the appellant to stay the sale of the subject property pending hearing and determination of appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated January 21, 2011, and April 27, 2011, respectively, and an interlocutory judgment of the same court dated March 4, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and sale of the subject property is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
