Before the Court are appellees' motion to lift stay, appellants' response, appellees' reply, and appellants' sur-reply. We GRANT the motion and LIFT THE STAY imposed by Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code 51.014(b) for the limited purpose of allowing the trial court to conduct a hearing on appellees' request for temporary injunction and motion for contempt.
Appellees' brief remains due May 23, 2018.
