Action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by the infant plaintiff when a certain match box compass exploded. He had purchased it from defendant August Waeldin, Inc. It had been manufactured by defendant Livingston Plastics Corporation. Order denying third-party defendant's motion to dismiss the third-party complaint on the ground that the cause therein alleged is barred by the Statute of Limitations affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Carswell, Acting P.J., Adel, Sneed, Wenzel and MacCrate, JJ., concur.
