ORDER MODIFYING OPINION AND ORDER DENYING PETITION FOR REHEARING
[NO CHANGE IN JUDGMENT]
COOPER, P.J. RUBIN, J. BOLAND, J.
GOOD CAUSE appearing the opinion filed in the above entitled matter on January 18, 2004, is modified as follows:
1. Change the second sentence of the third paragraph on page 2 which reads:
Weissman asked for more time to pursue the attorney service and in the meantime suggested that appellant file a complaint against her doctor with the California Board of Medical Quality Assurance (BMQA). to read as follows:
Weissman asked for more time to pursue the attorney service and in the meantime suggested that appellant file a complaint against her doctor with the Division of Medical Quality of the Medical Board of California (the "Board").
2. Add the following footnote at the end of this sentence:
1 The parties' briefs refer to filing a complaint with the California Board of Medical Quality Assurance, but in 1990 the agency's name changed to the Medical Board of California. (See Bus. & Prof. Code, §§ 2002 & 2003.)
3. Replace all references to "BMQA" in the opinion to "Board."
These modifications effect no change in the judgment.
The petition for rehearing is denied.
