Appeal from order entered on October 13, 1966, dismissed as academic, without costs or disbursements. This appeal is from an order of reference of issues concerning the fee of a dismissed attorney. The reference, however, has been completed, the Referee has reported and his report has been confirmed. The court may not on this appeal review the proceedings before the Referee or the alleged excessiveness of the fee allowed.
