It is Ordered that the application for substitution is granted. "Norman Lewis Barotz as administrator of the Estate of Madelaine Shapiro" is hereby substituted for the decedent - Madeline Shapiro pursuant to CPLR §1015. Defendant-appellant's application seeking a stay of the proceedings in Small Claims Court is denied.
