Patrick J. Urda, Judge.

This case is currently calendared for trial at the Court's Tampa, Florida trial session, scheduled to begin May 6, 2024.

On April 2, 2024, petitioner Martin J. Godbey filed a motion for continuance and affidavits in support of the motion. The motion, however, does not address whether or not the Commissioner has an objection. We will direct the Commissioner to file an objection, if any, to this motion. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 24, 2024, the Commissioner shall file an objection, if any, to Mr. Godbey's motion for continuance.
