This case is calendared for trial on the Court's March 28, 2022, Tampa, Florida trial session. On January 31, 2022, respondent filed a unopposed Motion for Continuance asking the Court to restore this case to the general docket. The motion states that respondent's Appeals Division recently received this case for review and consideration of the issues that and respondent believes this case is susceptible to settlement by the Appeals Office if given an opportunity to review the books, records, and various documentation.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance is granted and this case is stricken from the March 28, 2022, Tampa, Florida trial session and is continued generally.
