Opinion

No. 87-3073.

April 12, 1989. Motion for Rehearing Dismissed May 24, 1989.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Palm Beach County, James R. Stewart, Jr., Judge.

Kenneth A. Marra of Nason, Gildan, Yeager Gerson, P.A., West Palm Beach, for appellants.

Jeffrey E. Streitfeld and Edward S. Polk of Becker, Poliakoff Streitfeld, P.A., Fort Lauderdale, for appellees — Augustine and Merton.

Michael B. Davis of Davis Hoy Diamond, P.A., West Palm Beach, for appellees — Milan O. Novotny and Volf Venture.

Harvey R. Schneider and Adam G. Heffner of Schneider Heffner, Boca Raton, for appellee — Gulfstream Condominium Ass'n, Inc.

We affirm in all respects. In our view, the appellants had a full opportunity to present to the trial court any factual or legal arguments in support of their position concerning the settlement agreement. Therefore, we find no error in the trial court's approval of the settlement agreement.

AFFIRMED.

ANSTEAD, GUNTHER and WARNER, JJ., concur.
