AUTOMOBILES AND MOTOR VEHICLES, § 207.1 — intersectional collision with street car, sufficiency of evidence. In action for injuries to automobile passenger resulting from nighttime collision with street car making left turn at street intersection, evidence held sufficient to sustain judgment for plaintiff and court erred in allowing defendant's motion for judgment notwithstanding verdict.

Appeal from Circuit Court of Cook county; Hon. WILLIAM J. WIMBISCUS, presiding.
Judgment for the defendants notwithstanding the verdict is reversed: judgment on the verdict in favor of plaintiff entered here for $5,000.00, together with interest at 5% per annum from date of verdict. Heard in third division, first district, this court at December term, 1940.
