G.M. v. J.R

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District
Jun 19, 2000
764 So. 2d 714 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 2000)

Opinion

No. 1D00-66.

Opinion filed June 19, 2000.

Petition for Writ of Certiorari — Original Jurisdiction.

Carroll L. McCauley, of McCauley Peters, Panama City, for Petitioners.

Toni C. Bernstein, Department of Children and Families, Panama City, for Respondent.

Because Petitioners failed to appeal the order that dismissed their petition for modification of custody and did not have their visitation rights altered by the order of which they did seek review, this court is without jurisdiction to hear this matter. Accordingly, the Petition for Writ of Certiorari is DISMISSED.

BOOTH, MINER and VAN NORTWICK, JJ., CONCUR.
