DECISIONS PURSUANT TO RULE 1:28.

The judgment allowing the first and second (final) accounts subject to particular disallowances is vacated. The judgment relative to the assessment of attorney's fees and costs is vacated. The case is remanded to the Probate Court for further proceedings consistent with the memorandum and order of the Appeals Court.
