Todd Michael Glover v. The State of Texas

56th District Court of Galveston County, Trial court case number: 19-CR-2254

ORDER ON AGREED MOTION TO SET BAIL

April L. Farris, Judge

Appellant Todd Michael Glover has filed a motion to set bail. See Tex. Code Crim. Proc. art. 44.04(h). The State has filed a response stating that it agrees to Glover's request to set bail at $20,000. We conclude that bail in this amount is reasonable under the circumstances. See Werner v. State, 445 S.W.3d 301, 305-06 (Tex. App.-Houston [1st Dist] 2013, order) (listing factors that courts of appeals consider in setting bail). Accordingly, we grant Glover's motion and set bail at $20,000. Any conditions on bail must be set by the trial court, and any sureties on bail must be approved by the trial court. See id. at 306.

The Galveston County District Clerk, John D. Kinard, is directed to file a copy of this order in the trial court, the 56th District Court, in cause number 19-CR-2254.

It is so ORDERED.
