An appeal and cross appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about April 19, 2017, And plaintiff-appellant-respondent having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal taken from the aforesaid order, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal and cross appeal to the September 2018 Term.
