ORDER


The motion of Martin H. Samson, Esq., of the firm of Phillips Nizer for leave to withdraw as counsel for the defendant is granted. The action is stayed for 30 days to permit the defendant to obtain new counsel. In the event an appearance of counsel is not entered on its behalf within that period, judgment by default may be taken against it.

SO ORDERED.
