ORDER

On October 6, 2022, the Court entered an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction on the ground that the Court's $60.00 filing fee had not been paid. In view of the foregoing, and by Order served October 6, 2022, the Court declared respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed January 4, 2022, moot.

On October 13, 2022, petitioner paid the Court's filing fee.

Accordingly, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction entered in this case is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that the Court's Order served October 6, 2022, declaring respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction moot, is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that the time within which petitioner shall file an objection, if any, to respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction is hereby extended to November 3, 2022.
