This case is calendared for trial at the September 26, 2022, Trial Session of the Court in Las Vegas, Nevada.
On August 12, 2022, respondent filed with the Court a Motion for Order to Show Cause Why Proposed Facts and Evidence Should Not Be Accepted as Established Pursuant to Rule 91(f). On September 12, 2022, the Court held a conference call with the parties. During that call, the parties informed the Court that a settlement was likely but had not been finalized. On September 13, 2022, the Court issued an Order to Show Cause requiring a written response from petitioner by September 23, 2022, to respondent's motion. On September 16, 2022, the parties filed with the Court a Stipulation of Settled Issues.
Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is
ORDERED that the Court's Order to Show Cause, issued on September 13, 2022, is hereby vacated. It is further
ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Order to Show Cause Why Proposed Facts and Evidence Should Not be Accepted as Established Pursuant to Rule 91(f), filed August 12, 2022, is denied as moot. It is further
ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's Las Vegas, Nevada Trial Session set to commence on September 26, 2022, and continued. It is further
ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further
ORDERED that, on or before November 21, 2022, the parties shall file with the Court decision documents or a joint status report informing the Court of the then-present status of the case.
