Opinion

Case No. 4D01-298

Opinion filed July 18, 2001

Petition for writ of certiorari to the Circuit Court for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit, Palm Beach County; Jorge Labarga, Judge; L.T. Case No. CL00-2044 AB.

Edward Gligorjevic, Belle Glade, pro se.

Wendy Benner-Len, Assistant General Counsel, Department of Corrections, Tallahassee, for respondent.

We quash the circuit court's order denying appellant's petition for writ of mandamus, and remand with direction to the circuit court to allow appellant time to file a reply, which, if timely filed, the circuit court shall then consider prior to ruling on the petition.

FARMER, SHAHOOD and GROSS, JJ., concur.
