PER CURIAM.

Affirmed without prejudice to Glidden's right to file a motion for postconviction relief pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. Any claim of ineffective assistance of counsel based on defense counsel's failure to request exclusion of autopsy photographs and of portions of the medical examiner's testimony shall not be regarded as duplicative.

Affirmed.
