Action of trespass for assault and battery and false imprisonment, joined with count for malicious prosecution. Judgment for plaintiff.

Error to the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. David M. Brothers, Judge, presiding. Heard in the second division of this court for the first district at the October term, 1924.
