Respondent-appellant having moved for leave to prosecute, as a poor person, the appeal from an order of the Family Court, New York County, entered on or about July 7, 2017, and for assignment of counsel, a free copy of the transcript, an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal, and for related relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion, to the extent it seeks poor person relief and the assignment of counsel, is denied. That branch the motion which seeks an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal to the December 2018 Term, with no further enlargements to be granted.
