On June 2, 2023, respondent filed a Status Report, requesting that the Court hold a conference call with the parties. On July 6, 2023, the Court held a conference call with the parties. During the conference call petitioner Amy S. Gleason indicated that she would like to consider filing for innocent spouse relief.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before August 22, 2023, respondent shall, after consulting with petitioners, file a status report detailing the then-present status of this case and the status of any request for innocent spouse relief that petitioner Amy S. Gleason has filed.
