SCIRE FACIAS on a recognizance of bail. The sci. fa. was issued on the 17th of April, 1841, returnable to the May term. On the first day of the term the defendant surrendered Joice, who was committed.

The Court now ordered a stay of proceedings in this suit, upon payment of costs by the bail. ( Petersdorf, 409-13.)
