In an action for a judicial separation by plaintiff wife on the grounds of cruelty, abandonment and nonsupport, in which defendant husband interposed a counterclaim for separation on the ground of abandonment, the parties cross-appeal as follows from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered July 25, 1961, upon the decision of the court, after a nonjury trial: (1) Defendant appeals from so much of the judgment as dismissed his counterclaim for separation on the merits, directed him to pay $100 a week for the support of their two minor children, and directed him to pay plaintiff $1,000 for her counsel fee in defending against the counterclaim. (2) Plaintiff appeals from so much of the judgment as dismissed her complaint on the merits. Judgment affirmed, without costs. No opinion.
