Pursuant to agreement of the parties, this cause is remanded to the trial court for resentencing based upon a guideline scoresheet reflecting the two prior out-of-state convictions for issuing worthless checks as misdemeanors.

REVERSED and REMANDED FOR RESENTENCING.
