This case is calendared for trial at the Court's Standalone Remote Trial Session scheduled to commence on May 22, 2023.

Pending before the Court is respondent's Motion for Continuance filed February 10, 2023. On March 9, 2023, the undersigned's Chambers Administrator was notified, by telephone, that the parties have reached a basis for settlement on all issues raised in the notice of deficiency.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 17, 2023, the parties shall electronically file a proposed stipulated decision or status report (preferably a joint report) to inform the Court of the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance, filed February 10, 2023, is taken under advisement.
