NICOLE GLASSMAN, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Courtney D. Jones, Judge.

This case is calendared for trial at the Court's September 19, 2022, New York, New York trial session. On September 14, 2022, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision concerning taxable year 2017.

The Court, in its review of the record, has examined the timelines of the Petition. Upon review of the record in the above-docketed matter, the Court notes that the pleadings do not appear to include a complete and dated copy of the notice of deficiency upon which this case is based. The copy of the notice of deficiency attached to respondent's Answer does not contain a date on which this Court can determine the timeliness of the Petition.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, at or before the call of the calendar, respondent shall file a response to this Order and shall attach thereto a complete and dated copy of the notice of deficiency upon which this case is based.
