JEROME GLASPER, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On March 28, 2023, petitioner filed an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee. An examination of that Application discloses that it is incomplete because petitioner has failed to provide all the financial information required to establish his inability to pay the $60.00 filing fee in this case. Upon review of that application, the Court finds that petitioner has not demonstrated current financial inability to pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee. In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Application for Waiver of Filing Fee is denied. It is further

ORDERED that the time within which petitioner shall pay the filing fee, is extended to May 17, 2023. If, by May 17, 2023, no filing fee is received, the Court may dismiss this case for lack of jurisdiction. Instructions on how to pay the filing fee can be found in the "Guidance for Petitioners" tab of the Court's website at www.ustaxcourt.gov.
