Ordered that the application by Order to Show Cause by Respondent-Appellant Heidi Russell for a restraining order prohibiting the enforcement of the August 19, 2020 Decision and Order of the Housing Court from which this appeal is taken, and prohibiting the re-entry of Petitioner-Respondent Kate Gladstone from entering Apartment 2A, at 129 Barrow Street, New York, New York is denied; and it is further

Ordered that the application by Order to Show cause by Respondent-Appellant Heidi Russell seeking, pursuant to CPLR §2201, an immediate stay of all proceedings, including the enforcement of the August 19, 2020 Decision and Order of the Housing Court, pending the determination of the appeal in this matter is denied; and it is further

Ordered that this decision and Order constitutes a final determination on the instant Order to Show Cause; and it is further

Ordered that Respondent-Appellants oral application for an expedited briefing schedule of the appeal of Judge Finkelstein's Order is denied. Such application must be made by motion on notice to all parties.
