NANCIE M. GIVENS, AS ACTING EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, SUPREME COURT COMMITTEE ON PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT PETITIONER v. ALICE WARD GREENE, ARKANSAS BAR NO. 95197 RESPONDENT

PETITIONER'S MOTION AND AMENDED MOTION FOR DEFAULT JUDGMENT

SPECIAL MASTER APPOINTED.

PER CURIAM

Petitioner Nancie M. Givens, as acting Executive Director of the Supreme Court Committee on Professional Conduct, filed with this court a petition for disbarment against Alice Ward Greene on November 9, 2011. Ms. Greene was personally served with a summons on November 14, 2011, and an amended summons on January 5, 2012. No response to the petition for disbarment has been filed by or for Ms. Greene. The Committee seeks a default judgment based on the facts in their original petition. The Committee now prays that this court deem the allegations in their original petition admitted and proven, enter a default judgment, and that Ms. Greene be disbarred.

We hereby appoint a special master, the Honorable Tom Keith, to make findings of fact, conclusions of law, and a recommendation as to the appropriate sanction. Upon receipt of the master's findings, we will render a decision in the matter.

Special master appointed.
