ORDER


In connection with the jury trial in the above-captioned case, Neil C. Klein, M.D., by his attorney, has moved to quash the trial subpoena served upon him by defendants.

The jury trial having concluded today with the jury returning a verdict for the defendants, the motion to quash the trial subpoena is hereby DENIED AS MOOT.

SO ORDERED.
