ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge

By Order dated April 19, 2021, the Court directed petitioner to pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee (or submit an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee for consideration). To date, petitioner has failed to comply with the Court's Order.

In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the time within which petitioner shall pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee (or file an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee) is extended to March 2, 2022. If the filing fee is not received by March 2, 2022, the Court may dismiss this case for lack of jurisdiction.1
