An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Oswego County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on March 14, 2014, and respondent-appellant having moved to vacate the dismissal of the appeal (denominated a motion for an extension of time to perfect),

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavits of William R. Neville, sworn to January 15, 2015, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal shall be perfected in accordance with 22 NYCRR 1000.2 (c) (1).
