ORDER
Before the Court is Donald Ray Gipson's October 17, 2017 pro se Motion to Extend the Time for Filing a Motion for Rehearing. We DENY the motion to the extent Gipson requests the time to file any motion for rehearing be extended to December 10, 2017. We GRANT the motion, in part, and ORDER that Gipson file any motion for rehearing by November 10, 2017.
