This case is currently calendared for trial at the Session of the Court commencing on April 17, 2023, in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. On March 29, 2023, pursuant to the Court's Standing Pretrial Order served on the parties on December 22, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report, apprising the Court of the then present status of this case. Respondent reports that an agreement in principle has been reached, and he has prepared proposed stipulated decision documents and will send them to petitioners for their review and signature. Respondent requests that the Court allow the parties 60 additional days to file decision documents or further status reports. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the April 17, 2023, Winston-Salem, North Carolina Trial Session of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before May 30, 2023, electronically submit to the Court an agreed stipulated decision document or file status reports, separately or jointly, apprising the Court of the then present status of this case.
