Action by infant plaintiff to recover damages for personal injuries suffered by reason of a fall in a yard connected with one of defendant's schools, and by his father for medical expenses and loss of services. Order of the Appellate Term, reversing a judgment of the City Court of the City of New York, County of Kings, and dismissing the complaint, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
