ORDER OF DISMISSAL
Christine Gilpin, Thomas Gilpin, and Porsha Solis all filed separate motions to appeal the final judgment in this matter. Thomas Gilpin filed an ex parte motion to dismiss his appeal pursuant to U.R.C.A. 2-8.4. Additionally, Thomas Gilpin, Christina Gilpin, Porsha Kay Solis, and Rueben Solis filed a joint motion to dismiss their appeals in this matter pursuant to U.R.C.A. 2-8.3, on grounds that the issues have been compromised. Both motions are compliant with the U.R.C.A. The motions are granted and the appeals in this matter are hereby dismissed.
