WALLACE GILMORE A.K.A. BRITT GILMORE AND KRISTIE GILMORE, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Albert G. Lauber Judge

This case was continued from the Court's September 21, 2020, Atlanta, Georgia, trial session. On September 6, 2023, respondent filed a status report in the case. In the certificate of service attached to his report, respondent indicated that petitioners no longer reside at the address on the Petition and that their new mailing address is 1335A Langbrae Drive, Goodlettsville, Tennessee 37072. In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that respondent shall file, on or before December 6, 2023, a status report informing the Court of the then-present status of the case. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change petitioners' address of record to 1335A Langbrae Drive, Goodlettsville, Tennessee 37072, and mail a copy of this Order to that address.

We remind petitioners that it is the responsibility of a party whose mailing address has changed to notify the Court promptly by filing a notice of change of address. See Tax Court Rule 21(c).
