This case was calendared for trial during the Court's March 7, 2022, Dallas, Texas, trial session. By Order served January 21, 2022, the parties' joint motion for continuance was granted, the case was stricken from the March 7, 2022, trial session, and the undersigned judge retained jurisdiction. On April 15, 2022, the parties filed a Joint Status Report (Doc. 19) informing the Court that the parties continue to await the preparation of computations. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before May 20, 2022, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
