This case is scheduled for trial at the Court's Philadelphia session beginning April 18, 2022. On February 17, 2022, the Commissioner filed a motion (Doc. 15) for summary judgment. So that the motion can be resolved, if possible, substantially in advance of the beginning of the trial session, it is

ORDERED that petitioner shall file a response to the motion no later than March 11, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that, no later than March 25, 2022, the Commissioner shall file a reply.
