ORDER

David Gustafson, Judge.

Trial in this case is scheduled for the Court's New York City session beginning March 28, 2022. However, on December 23, 2021, the Commissioner filed a motion (Doc. 8) for summary judgment; and we ordered a schedule for briefing that motion (see Doc. 10), under which petitioner's response is due (and remains due) on January 28, 2022, and the Commissioner's reply was made due on February 11, 2022. However, on January 25, 2022, petitioner filed a motion to remand (Doc. 11). It is

ORDERED that our order of December 23, 2022 (Doc. 10), is modified in that the Commissioner's reply to petitioner's response to the Commissioner's motion for summary judgment shall be due February 18, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that, no later than February 18, 2022, the Commissioner shall also file a response to petitioner's motion to remand. It is further

ORDERED that, no later than March 4, 2022, petitioner shall file a reply to the Commissioner's response to petitioner's motion to remand. 1
