By Order served January 6, 2023, this case was stricken from the Court's January 17, 2023, Baltimore, Maryland, Trial Session, jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned, and the parties were directed, on or before April 5, 2023, to submit stipulated decision document or file a joint status report.

On April 4, 2023, respondent filed a Status Report indicating petitioner would be mailing documents overnight on Friday, April 7, 2023. Respondent further indicated that if the documents were not received by Monday, April 10, 2023, respondent would file a new motion to dismiss the case for lack of prosecution.

On April 20, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution (motion to dismiss). The motion states that as of the date of the motion to dismiss respondent has not received any documents or other information from petitioner to support his claimed expenses. Petitioner's views on the granting of this motion are unknown. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before May 5, 2023, petitioner shall file with a written response to respondent's motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution.
