DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an interlocutory judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 21, 2019. Motion by the respondent pro se for poor person relief and assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and pursuant to Judiciary Law § 35, the following named attorney is assigned as counsel for the respondent to respond to the appeal:
