DIVORCE, § 77.1 — when annulment decree finding defendant insane was not contrary to manifest weight of evidence. Where appeal was taken from annulment decree issued pursuant to findings that defendant was insane on day of marriage to plaintiff, and it appeared that several lay witnesses testified to such insanity based upon their observations and conversations with defendant, both prior to and subsequent to marriage, and two psychiatrists testified that in their opinion, based upon proper hypothetical questions, defendant was insane, held that decree was not contrary to manifest weight of evidence.
