ORDER

This case is calendared for trial at the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on April 3, 2023, in Atlanta, Georgia.

On March 13, 2023, respondent filed with the Court a Status Report. Respondent informed the Court that decision documents had been prepared and that petitioner had provided an updated address. Respondent requested an additional sixty (60) days after calendar call in which to submit decision documents. On March 24, 2023, the Court had a telephone call with petitioner to confirm his updated address. Petitioner provided to the Court a new address.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on April 3, 2023, in Atlanta, Georgia. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before June 2, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court decision documents or a status report (preferably a joint status report) informing the Court of the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's address of record in this case be updated to reflect the address provided to the Court by informal telephone call on March 24, 2023.
