PAUL T. GILLCRIST & LINDA J. GILLCRIST, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes, Judge.

This case was on the March 4, 2024 Las Vegas, Nevada trial calendar. It was the oldest case on that calendar and arises from petitioners' 2013 and 2014 tax years. It'd been continued three times and moved on and off status-report tracks.

The parties settled it on the eve of trial by agreeing to a stipulation that purported to settle all issues. They were unable to agree on stipulated decision documents and on June 7, 2024 respondent moved for entry of decision. He noted that petitioner objected to his motion. It is therefore

ORDERED that on or before July 19, 2024 petitioners file their response to respondent's motion.
