Motion to set aside verdict in the case, Gillaspy v. Garrat, on the ground that the jury soon after they went up agreed that the majority should govern, and that the minority in consequence of such agreement submitted to the majority and actually agreed to come down etc.

Bayard in support of the verdict, and Hall and Ridgely against.
