MEMORANDUM OPINION


By letter dated April 7, 2005, the Court directed appellant to pay the filing fee for this appeal within ten days of the date of the letter. The letter warned appellant that failure to pay the filing fee would result in dismissal of the appeal. To date, appellant has not paid the filing fee.

By letter dated April 7, 2005, the Court directed appellant to file a proper docketing statement with this Court within ten days of the date of the letter. The letter warned appellant that failure to file the proper docketing statement would result in dismissal of the appeal. To date, appellant has not filed the docketing statement.

By letter dated April 7, 2005, the Court directed appellant to file an amended notice of appeal with this Court within ten days of the date of the letter. The appellant was directed to include the corrected name of the court to which the appeal is taken. The letter warned appellant that failure to file the amended notice of appeal would result in dismissal of the appeal. To date, appellant has not filed the amended notice of appeal.

Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES the appeal for want of prosecution. Tex.R.App.P. 42.1.
