ORDER

CHRISTIAN N. WEILER JUDGE.

On October 20, 2023, respondent filed a status report indicating that although the parties have had some communication, respondent has not received any of the requested documentation from petitioner. On November 1, 2023, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss the current status of this case. Petitioner informed the Court that he has located the documents and that he would mail them to respondent's counsel within two weeks. Respondent informed the Court that this case was recently reassigned to another IRS counsel but would ensure that any documentation she receives from petitioner would be forward to the newly assigned IRS counsel.

Considering the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that on or before January 15, 2024, respondent shall file a status report regarding this case.
